Marketing is key to successful rentals. We provide an expert market analysis for each property. Advise our clients about current market conditions and price your rental competitively.

SCREENING

We conduct extensive screening on all tenants to provide our owners with information allowing them to select the best resident for their property. This includes verification of information for present and previous employment, present and previous residences and a full credit and criminal history search.

RENT COLLECTION

Every effort is made to collect rent on time and in full. Tenants have as much convenience as possible in their ability to tender funds online or in person. Delinquencies are reported to our owners timely so that appropriate decisions can be made for pursuit of unpaid funds.

MAINTENANCE

All maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Tenants may report maintenance issues by phone, email, in person or through their portal. These items are reported to Owners ASAP! Our Owners have the option of employing our affiliated partner Tahoe Maintenance to handle any repair that a home may need. Or Laureate Ltd is happy to assist any contractor/ Vendor our clients choose to make repairs to their property.

EVICTION

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, We will assist you in all aspects of the process. First, Laureate provides advice and execution for serving appropriate notices for payment delinquency or resolution of lease violations. Next, if necessary we give referrals and advice for hiring attorneys to assist with court proceedings. Finally, hiring the Sheriff and laborers to remove a tenant from a residence as necessary.
