All maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Tenants may report maintenance issues by phone, email, in person or through their portal. These items are reported to Owners ASAP! Our Owners have the option of employing our affiliated partner Tahoe Maintenance to handle any repair that a home may need. Or Laureate Ltd is happy to assist any contractor/ Vendor our clients choose to make repairs to their property.

Evictions
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, We will assist you in all aspects of the process. First, Laureate provides advice and execution for serving appropriate notices for payment delinquency or resolution of lease violations. Next, if necessary we give referrals and advice for hiring attorneys to assist with court proceedings. Finally, hiring the Sheriff and laborers to remove a tenant from a residence as necessary.
